287 (Stenhouse) Squadron Air Training Corps

Hello and welcome to the official website of 287 (Stenhouse) Squadron, Air Training Corps. We are based in the Saughton/Stenhouse area of Edinburgh.

I have been with 287 Squadron for 8 years, first as a Cadet, rising through the ranks to Cadet Warrant Officer, and now as a Civilian Instructor. As such, I can personally give testimony for the tremendous opportunities which 287 Squadron and the ATC as a whole provides, but don't just take my word for it. Look round our website, or come and visit us and see for yourself.

The ATC is thriving. With more than 900 Squadrons around the UK, we are one of the largest and best youth organisations in the country. We provide young people between the ages of 13 and 18 with opportunities they'll never find in any other youth organisation, and they'll make a host of new friends while they're at it.
